All of the shirts listed on my site come from many different manufacturers.  Because of this, these measurements are a reasonable average amongst them all.  All shirts will be within 1" or 2" of these dimensions and many are made of 100% pre-shrunk cotton unless otherwise noted in the shirt's description.
